Zumba combines rhythmical music and provoking moves to create a vibrant workout session designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

Spinning creates a great atmosphere with motivating music being played while the instructor takes you through a 45 minute work out, using visualization technique to assist your imagination into feeling as if you are cycling over hills and through valleys.
